We took our raw biochar and soaked it generously in a 7-7-7 soluble organic amendment and fish hydrolysate, fully saturating it to see how much nutrient retention it really has. Then, we ran a saturated paste test on both raw and nutrified char to measure how much nutrient content actually leaches out in water.
The results? A deep dive into how biochar holds and releases nutrients. As the sulfur starts breaking down, the pH should drop, signaling better nutrient availability.
